We connect
You tell us what your business needs. In a couple of messages we tell you which plan fits and the fixed price.

Mockup and content
We send you a proposal with your brand colours, your copy and your images. We go through it with you and make any adjustments needed before building it.

Development
We build the website, register the domain in your name, and set up your Google Business Profile, technical SEO and legal pages. On the day it goes live, everything is working and being measured, with nothing left half-done.

Handover and review
We go through the final result together. If you have a monthly plan, from here on we take care of ongoing maintenance; if not, minor adjustments after handover are included.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What people usually ask us before getting started.
With almost all current ones: iPhones from the XS onwards and the vast majority of Android phones, which come with NFC built in. There's no app to install: the customer holds their phone to the card and the link opens.
No. The review card takes people to your Google profile and the others to your social media, so they work just the same whether you have a website or not. If you want one later on, the Complete Business Pack brings together the website, the cards and the management of your Google profile.
We register the domain for you, but in your name and in your own account, and you pay for it directly, once a year. It's the only recurring cost you don't pay to us, and that's deliberate, because the domain has to be yours so you can take your website with you whenever you like. Hosting is included and you don't pay for it separately.
No, and that's deliberate: your website doesn't come with a dashboard you have to learn to use, or one you could break by accident on a Tuesday afternoon. We make the changes. Just tell us what you'd like changed and we'll update it.
The 6-month minimum term applies to the monthly fee, not to the website, and you give 15 days' notice. The reason is that monitoring, backups and the work on your Google profile are ongoing: after two months there's nothing to maintain yet. When you cancel, the website is still yours and the domain has been in your name since day one, so you take the whole thing with you. What stops is the maintenance, not your website.
If you pay a monthly fee, changes are covered by it according to your plan: just message us and we'll update it. If you bought the website as a one-off payment, each change is charged separately, by the hour. Either way, for big changes, such as complete subpages or new features, we agree a separate price, always made clear in advance.
If you have a monthly plan, you get a regular report with your new reviews and how your website and Google profile are doing. You don't have to take anything on trust: you see it for yourself, in numbers.
The initial mockup is ready in 2-3 days at most. From there, depending on the scope, we agree a clear delivery date with you before we start.
